Introduction to the AMBLARD Method

This one‑day immersion introduces you to our tools, processes and philosophy. From 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. you learn how to read patterns, mark and cut leather, perform the true saddle stitch, and burnish them. You practice on a small project—often a snap pouch—and leave with a working knowledge of the method. It’s an excellent primer before Level 1 or a standalone experience for curious hobbyists.

All Level 1 fundamentals: pattern making, saddle stitch, edge finishing, and basic assemblies, delivered in a daily cadence for faster muscle‑memory development.

• Tuition credit – We believe in investing in your craft. If you choose to enroll in Level 1 within six months of taking the Introduction, we’ll credit the full cost of this class toward your Level 1 tuition. This way, your first day at the bench becomes your first step toward mastery.
