Refund policy
Heirloom Leathercraft reserves the right to cancel any class when the required minimum enrollment is not met. Notification via phone and email of cancellation will be 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Student may choose to reschedule the class or receive a refund.
Classes Cancellation & Refund Policy
For our Core Program Levels classes, notification of cancellation is due 14 days before the class start date by email only. All cancellations/refunds will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds less than 14 days before the class start date due to our limited enrollment size and high demand. No refunds for missed classes.
For all other bookings (i.e.,10-class card, 1-day Introduction to Amblard Method, Workshops, Individual Instruction, Open Studio, Membership days) notification of cancellation is due 48 hours before the class start date by email only. All cancellations/refunds will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Rescheduling Level Classes
Once a Level has started, you may reschedule class days via your online account up to 48 hours in advance. Please note that classes must be completed within the following time frames:

3-week Session (daily class) - complete within 3 months from start

3-month Session (weekly class) - complete within 6 months from start

6-month Session (evening bi-weekly classes) - complete within 12 months from start
All Other Rescheduling
You may reschedule all other bookings (i.e., 10-class card, 1-day Introduction to Heirloom Method, Workshops, Individual Instruction, Open Studio, Membership days) via your online account up to 48 hours in advance.
Product Refund Policy
At Heirloom Leathercraft, we stand behind the quality of our leather skins, tools, supplies, and curated leather goods. All sales final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@heirloomleathercraft.com with photos of the issue. We'll evaluate the situation and make it right, either through replacement or refund.
For leather skins, please note that natural variations in color, texture, and markings are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time.

Tools & Supplies
All sales of tools and supplies are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a defective item. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@heirloomleathercraft.com within 14 days of receipt and we will make it right.
